MDS Coordinator
Brief info
Karley, our MDS coordinator, has worked in healthcare for 28 years! She is an LPN and graduated from IVY Tech College with certifications in CMAC and wound care! Karley has been with Plainfield Health Care Center since February of 2022 and loves the homey environment that is provided to our residents!
When not working, Karly loves to spend time with her two children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys grooming and training dogs, and has a labradoodle and standard poodle herself!
